Will COD 4 work on my PC.... because i want to buy it today ..


Intel Pentium 4 3000+
1.5 GB
Gforce Nvidia Fx5500 256 MB


There is something with my CPU its overheating I guess its because of the dust. Yesterday i had 10/20 FPS :D in ET ... It was just 10 sec 10/20 FPS then normal 76 ...

But i think thats something with the dus in the CPU Cooler or i will buy a new cpu cooler and clean everything etc etc etc.

true, demo lagged @ my place, full version the demo level still lagged but the rest was fine ^^

FX cards don't support Pixel Shader 2.0, which is needed to play CoD4.

no, it won't work. you need at least a Nvidia Geforce 6600GT

100% right, I'm using the same graka and atleast the demo wouldn't start because of Pixel Shader 2.0

buy a hd3850 for 170€ and you will have stable 76 fps on high gfx & high resolution
