some cs dude of the esp got "busted" from esl anticheat team (not by aequitas), his team called the carepolice and a laywer, now they sue the esl for his "bust". (he got banned because of demos with "suspicious" actions)

well, like said he got banned for wallhack/aimbot, but the proof was admins deciding over the demos. his team was nearly qualified for the pro-series of esl, they seeked help from some german esports federation (Deutscher eSport-Bund) which sent them to some lawer and now they wanna get a restraining order against esl to lift that ban.

in german it has thousands meanings like "crazy, horny (idd), funny,..." its just like the word "cool". Every one can use it for nearly each situation, same with this word.
But i think you dont really care =)

well, proving anything in such a case (decisions by esl based on demos) will be pretty tough, and since some money might be involved (pricemoney, money from sponsors etc.) this might be an interesting trial. vor gericht und auf hoher see biste in gottes hand (in court and on sea ur in gods hands).
