i consider this kind of movies a big success. First of all because it's something "different", it sort of shocks people and makes them laugh at the same time, which is a good marketing strategy.
secondly for the chaps who are in those videos, humor about yourself and your deficits is a sign of acceptance. they are "ok" with being handicapped.
