yes, im quite sure the judge will set you up with violence charges...please, any judge seeing that vid would not have given you ANYthing if you'd have kicked the guy right smack in his face to get her off of her.

you are refering to the case of two supermarket employees kicking the crap out of someone who stole something and got charged. Stealing is not manslaughter.

Depends on the point of view, but most women are physically much weaker than men. I mean, if there were 2 men fighting, I'd try to react somehow, but there still would be at least some fairness in most cases, the victim could somehow defend himself. A woman can't defend herself on her own in most cases, it's like you would see someone beating/killing a child, at least that's my point of view.

And if you look at it in the terms of biology, women are indeed more important.

haha well probably not then. Pretty funny, seen the link from this video on ~3 websites this week, and all of them (including newspapers / news on tv ) are telling a different story. One time its a man, other time a woman, then she/he is stabbed 30 times, then 70. Then she died, then she didnt. Pretty weird if you ask me.

you are most likely right. also, seeing something like this on video or actually seeing it happen in RL in front of you is quite different. it's very surreal to see someone stab into a person in RL.

but there is also a difference in what is actually happening. if it's just two ppl fighting, well then I'm not too sure if I would mix into that. but if I see a guy just sitting on top of a woman and slowly sticking a knife into her a couple times, well I think I'd make sure to aim for the head on the first kick.
