That winamp skin looks AWFUL and doesn't even have antialiasing... man...

If you pay just a bit moar of attention you can see that your second link and my winamp skin are the same : ) ..it is "stefanka design" ..i just changed some colors.

yeah I see that your skin almost looks like stefankas, but dunno, something sucks there, so I provided you a nice looking version :D seriously, take the original design

btw I had the same wallpaper and the same winamp skin like u (pic #1) :>
