Movie making problems...

Hi when I'm using its a wrap to make a pure green sky i get problems with Keylight(best ae cromakey plugin imo) in after effects it makes big flickers over the screen. never don it when i work with real footage. any one know what to do? Anyone know any other good cromakeyer?
I tryed a quick "workaround" by using the original AE cromakeyer in another layer but its still flickers...

The sky isn't the important thing thats very easy to change.

yeah, yesterday I watched Winghaven out of the way 2 expect the unexpected and it had EXACTLY the same thing on sd2 (with custom sky).
