you mean Balaton - the lake? its in hungary :) last holiday i was going through the motorway (M7) towards Croatia (and 2 weeks later back way), seeing Balaton in the window.

my plan was to get my family from Poland to Croatia in a car. We drove through Slovakia and Hungary. While Slovakia got even worse roads than Poland, Hungary is paradise for drivers. Crossed hungarian border - motorway to the Budapest (M3), then motorway around Budapest (M0) and last part, the motorway to the croatian border (M7). all the time on cosy roads. only thing i didnt like was the view outside the window. everywhere it was just a yellow/brown ground like a desert :D when i saw the lake i liked it :D

edit: yes and im answering as fast as i can so you dont bite me or smth :D
