Ok so, my story:
I have internet for almost 4 years from this Belgian company called "Euphonynet" since 6 months or so my ping shoots up to 300 in prac times.. really ANNOYING, in those 6 months of crappy inet i have done the following:
-Called my inet company and asked what was wrong 3 times, from these 3 times I got 1 answer that came somewhat remotely close to my problem which was: "Your inet is bad cuz there are to much ppl on your line during that period" whereas i answered to: "I dont pay 30e/month for this shit, im pr0gamer l0lz"
-I wanted to go to a different internet-provider, so i called my Euphonynet company and told them i wanted to close down my contract, but I needed to pay 786€ to do this, so my dad was like "No way in hell im gonne pay 786€ for some game"
-I have bought myself a new modem(198€)
-I formatted my pc
-Ive tried other computers on my Connection
No results..
So i called my company AGAIN today, and told them AGAIN what my problem was, and they kept on saying, "The problem is the game, you need to go to a gameforum and ask the people what Port of your router you should open up" This guy was from french part of belgium so his explanation was somewhat frenchy, so i kept saying "DUDE ITS NOT THE GAME, i have problems with everything, even the pingtest on YOUR site shows a ping of 300"
So Ill do what the frenchtard says and ask you guys what port in my router should I open?
EDIT: I dont know what u mean if u say, open this port-_- so tell me exactly what i should do.

Edit: Its probably a router problem anyways so he wont have to go through with that..

and + if ur longer than 1 year at that company
ur contract changes to monthly, so u can cancel it any month.
except if u changed ur connection with them, then u renewed ur contract.
