what's the difference between just

- "+prone"

and

"-moveleft; -moveright; -forward; -back; +prone; -prone"

The fancy bind stops all movement and then goes prone, allowing you to shoot while changing stance from standing to proning (when pronedelay is disabled) I thinks.

i guess -prone is like a tab

+prone you go down
- prone you go up

or one of the two doesnt exist!

you go up from prone with +moveup
