Windows-help please

This is annoying me now.. Im after downloading 4 different versions of windows and burning them to dvd/cd and every time I boot with them I get to " Setup is inspecting system hardware.." then I get a black screen.. and nothing happens..

Anyone know how to fix this?

Burned it on both a dvd and cd-r and in nero and another burner and still the same.

The only disc it will boot from is a x64 version of windows I don't want to use, the reason im formatting in the first place.
