Windows help -repost

Reposting cause my other journal got lost in the sea of morning journals :

I'm after downloading 4 like different versions of windows and burning them to dvd/cd and every time I boot with them I get to " Setup is inspecting system hardware.." then I get a black screen.. and nothing happens..

Anyone know how to fix this?

Burned it on both a dvd and cd-r and in nero and another burner and still the same.

The only disc it will boot from is a x64 version of windows I don't want to use, the reason I'm formatting in the first place.

I'd just leave it atleast 10-15 minutes, see if it goes any further, how did u write ur disc btw?
EDIT: check my post in this topic cf.nu for burning a bootable disc if ur unsure :)
trying that way now.. I burned it with nero but I just done it with nero express.. but I think that's how I did it last time

What do you mean by :

Locate the folder e.g. C:\Files

Select everything in the folder and drag it to the ISO compilation panel.

my image file is an iso so should i even need to do it this way? :\ confused

Well that guy needed to compile an ISO, so no, u dont have to follow that part, just the writing it part, im sure you filter out the parts u need :)
yea nothing happens when I burn it normally ^^ :P
