Ireland replaces Bulgaria

After reviewing nevarian demos and getting also some clear proofs of nevarian caught again cheating in publics, we have decided to turn the score of the qualifier match between Ireland and Bulgaria in a forfeit loss to Bulgaria for having a cheater playing in that match.
So, Ireland will replace Bulgaria in group C.
