On east do the first 2 steps & hit forward+sprint. But these jumps are really easy tbh once you know how to do them :).

Damn I hate those trickjumpers and scripters. If there is a build-in-wall in the game, you shouldn´t be able to get over it =((

And I am too lazy/bad to learn those myself so I just diss people who do them.
