with that eat tuna (in water)
about 21.5gr protein per 100g, and not too much fats
after that eat quark! 10gr protein per 100g, not too much fats and not much carbs (unless you add sweetener)!
but to grow you also need carbs alex :D get them from potatoes, lots of good carbs in that, and cereals
for good fats eat peanuts, and peanutbutter on your bread
each meal, breakfast grainporridge with a proteindrink with 25 gram protein, 3 hours later i take one proteindrink again. then 3 hours later i eat lunch, then 3 hours later proteindrink, then 3 hours later food again, then 3 hours later proteidrink ;D
Nice! The protein drinks are 2 expensive for me though, I just eat alot of turkeyfilet on my bread and and I drink a few cups of milk during the day. 1 hour after the gym 500 gr of quark and a small normal meal. So at the end of the day I still reach my 135 gr of protein!
with tomatoes and corn...?
