haven't watched it, but do you mean the letting go of the mousebutton and quickly pressing it again while holding a nade trick, which enables you to lean while cooking it? it also gives you a nice fake throw

u mean how they make the animation of throwing nade while they don't really throw it?

its also possible to arm nade for ever and it shows the throwing animation every 5 seconds
just cant remember how excatly its done anymore
