CPU Usage = 100%.

I only moved the task-manager all over the screen and the CPU Usage jumped to 100%.. so imagine what will happen if I'll open some game or some program...
for example in ET I get like 20fps MAX and dont let me get started on CoD4.
and useally I have like stable 90 as I like it to be in both games.
I tried to cancle the auto updates and it didnt helped not even a bit.
so I really dont know what else should I do..
last night I had this blue screen with bunch of crap wrriten so I did a restart to my computer and till now it didnt happened again.

It's SVCHost.exe most probably, a friend had it and I can't remember how he fixed it.

someone told me that I should cancle the Auto Updates wich I did and I still have the problem.
Try and contact that friend of yours and ask him how to fix this problem, many peaple are saying that it's some kind of a virus and that I should just format the PC but they saying it like in 10 seconds so they just dont want to help me :<

Done.. well now I just have to wait and see if it will happen again.. cuz when I did reboot last night the problem was fixed for like 30minutes.

hopefully it will be fixed, if not keep on googling for svchost thingy. there are many ppl with this problem. sounds like some old virus or malware or sth
