I took this image after I restarted my PC and the problem seems to be gone.
- at this picture I had 90 stable FPS.

While playing.. after something like 15 minutes the problem as started again and I took this picture right away.
- at this picture I had unstable 30 FPS and even lower.
* It's not about the FPS only and not only in ET so reinstalling the games won't work ( I did tried to reinstall the games and it didn't helped not even a tiny bit ;< )
* The program that you see on the images is called: Process Explorer.
* Please read the post #1 to understand the situation.

First try running combofix. Its automates the removal of bho and associated dll files (inc the temp files that rewrite the same after deletion).
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
If that doesnt fix your problem then I would take a look at your cpu temps.
1. you buy a new one (branded: chieftek, FSP etc.)
2. pull off a hard drive if u have more, or your dvd writer or smth that eats power
CTRL+R - Services.msc
Search for some services using svchost.exe and if you dont need them , disable them
Also defrag your harddisk
www.google.com search for jkdefrag
Download , extract and run jkdefrag.exe
Then wait till its finished
The location of the files will be the same but closer to each other on the disk
It will only speed up your hard disk without affecting anything else
but now I got other prob LOL ;<
