I just download the program SopCast www.sopcast.org and it's actualy kinda cool.
You can watch movies and stuff with it, most have japanese subs or smth but the spoken language is mostly english. And also PB SE3 EP 1 t/m 8 are on it.
You don't need to register at the site, you can just login anonymous on the program.
