ETQW mods

There are 3 different competition mods now. The game is almost dead in competition, and now there are 3 mods to choose from. Some will pick piggy mod, some will pick ETQWPRO and some will pick SD Competition mod.

What a mess.

Doesn't QW have a "committee" of dedicated players and admins who streamline this sort of stuff? Apart from that it's usually CB who makes the final pick and the rest just follows.

Q4 didnt have an _official_ pro mod, obviously the official promod will destroy any 3rd party pro mod because the game developers have access to the engine code and can change virtually _anything_ they want.

Did I ever say there was an official pro mod for Q4? I meant that there was two big pro-mods and it split the community.

Did I ever accuse you of saying that? :P

What I mean is, this mod being official will mean it will most likely be welcomed easier by the competitive community than the unofficial competition mods.
