i dont know if its the same as all the music progs but usually you go to the folder you installed it, there should be an folder inside it with either theme / background / skin or something familliar, extract the skin to there(if the skin consists with alot of files, create a new folder in the skin folder and name it however you want, and extract the files to there
open the foobar, right click on it and choose to choose skin or w/e shud work :d
