am not, its not 100% true but it is like 99% true. check all websites relating to Cloverfield.

The monster is also still alive as it says at the end of the credits. and the guy and girl might not have died, and its also hinting at a second because of that guy on the bridge recording - thats supose to hint at a second meaning its from someone elses view

EDiT: So in other words its another godzilla :D
