Didn't finish watching it, but roughly shortened: Some weirdo planning to play rambo in his office, but some other weirdo comes first, surprisingly. With the gun he planned to kill the others with he kills the weirdo and more or less saves Elisha Cuthbert. She, from then on is paralyzed so he cares for her.
The only things I spoilered were within the first 20 mins iirc. Spoilering would it be if I was saying there's no happy ending, or you get to see what is said to be Elisha's boobs
