Et and comp screwing up

Hey for some reason my et and comp is fkn up when ever i play et i get 30 fps and normally it is constance 70 but it also freezes and i really cant do anything else as well i don't no what the problem is but i need help if i have to upgrade drivers or any thing like that tell me how i don't no comp stuff.

yep, done that but its my actual computer as well eg loading pages and so forth
