Pff, not to sure about that... Maybe the knees, but the heals wtf? there are hardly any volleyball movements where you have to stand on your heals....

I've done that all my life and it nerver hurts or anything? like walking around at house with socks bad for your feet? Pfff, chips make you get cancer too, its prolly makes a really really really small difference in total...

I feel a puncture in the right-down (my fov) corner of my belly so I think it's my appendix which has to be operated and I'm fucked up scared because my sister told me how fucking painful it is :D
But I don't care about it today because it's my sister's bdayParty today so I'm going to drink alcohol as much as I can =P
