With that kind of computer you should get 125 stable with default gfx :F

i have 3.0 Ghz celeron , 1bg ram , ati 9550 and i have 125 STABLE ( havent clocked ot anything) , but i use 90
He plays at full quality so what do you expect...

He means a config with a graphic settings that max his FPS out!

my gaming pc is broken so i don't have anything to do but spamming crossfire
Play @ full performance and tweak your graphic settings and you should get 100 NP
try Madscientists one (in his profile afaik). I am playing on almost stable 100 (Athlon 3.0, x600, 512mb) with r_mode 8.
