was quite sure you made it yourself,
i have decem.pk3 in my etpro folder, everytime i play i see cuthbert.
(ps: i would be happy if you upload the wallpaper (even if you put '(c) decem' on it))

to find how to do it you need the newest version of foobar2000, go to deviantart download 4-5 themes read the readme, install the plugins and you'll know how to do it
