vent problem 3.0

since i came back from my snowboardvacation about 3 hours ago my vent is doing wierd shit , i disconnect randomly or reconnects randomly.
My ping is 18 95% of the time , sometimes it jumps up to 200-300 but that still is no reason to disconnect

anyone know what i can do ?
