possible or not?

I've seen a public server with many connection slots (see screenshot).
Now my question: It's quite possible that every slot has the same IP or it's same PC maybe? Oo

It's prolly a script. Last week i kicked some random kidtards out of our warserver, and right after i did, 12 randomnames kept connecting. No ip, nothing to kick m with.. we had te reboot our server >_>

you only need to reset the match then they are marked as spectators and voilla kick them... they probably come back then^^
