I'm actualy really suprised at how many hackers have been caught and more are still coming.

I just checked the PBbans website to search for a few players I used to play with, and I couldnt find any of them which is good.

But I checked the data and it says that the last ban for ET was only 3mins ago, I mean all the latest games, it has more players and much better gameplay to cheat on, and they all still keep to ET.

I say fuck u cheaters

ot: this game is free, everyone can hack 4 life withouth losing a single cent... its obvious that some weak personalities or some who wanna have some fool fun start hackin'.

u can just hope that there aint that much weak nolifers in the real et-competition tournaments like EC / OC or whatever u call serious for you...

the most cheater are pub-hackers imo...nubs, who have no idea of gaming and just start fooling around for "fun". like all of us used /god @ doom etc :D

Probably not able to catch any, when I brought the game I checked for online games (with old patch AND new) there was around 10 servers, only 2 with people in. Game died about 2 weeks in lol :S.

Yes, cause ET doesn't have system to identify it's users, GUIDS (and PBGUIDS aswell) are useless.

Yes it is a free game :D, but then again I brought it twice, once from a magazine (back in 2003 or summit), and then I brought RTCW and ET pack, because the other RTCW I brought was not working on SP2.

30765 bans = 30765/100(public cheaters who get banned over and over again)*0

You need to understand that bans in ET doesn't mean anything.

I would say COD games have more cheaters than ET, only difference is that in COD you have consequences of cheating, in ET you don't.

Its not so many , Compared that cod4 is about 10-50 times more played then other games..

On the newest patch there are over 200fullservers

On et there is not ONE server that is full ( Or being played at max ) 24/7, So there should be np imo x)

I meant the fact that ET has been out there for what 4+ years? And cod4 has been out just for few months. When u compare the timescales, cod might reach ET. Too bad just that the single cod games never last so long and when cod5 comes out, even cheaters will forget the 4th part.

I hope that cod5 is gonna suck ( Gameplay ) , Cause there will be better graphics, wich mean less people are going to be able to play it on a "skilled" level.. ( Trying plying with 10fps)

So that cod4 becomes competative..
Although id like to see ET:Qw growing a little bigger in the scene..

Load of people have givven it some good coms.
But yet the most bad coms, come from people who actually never played it,

It's true ET has much cheaters, but still I think it has become a paranoia. It's still easy to find pracs against clean players. Ofc, it helps if u play vs ppl u know. But often we also take on total randoms just because we like the challenge if they happen to be haxers. Usually I can say if someone is haxing, and if I don't notice it, his hax are so bad or set to so low that no one should care. So, I don't really suffer from the cheater problem.

But in the officials it kinda makes me angry. Likes of Nirv winning 3on3 OC premier is about the worst thing that can happen in ET for me.

Well. Lets hope for rtcw2 to be good ( If its gnna get more active and better tjeat protected ) Cause, Most of those "skilled" players from old days started of with rtcw and went to ET with a disslike, So they must love rtcw2, WOLFENSTIEN WILL LIVE ONCE AGAIN !!

Anyway, I don't really expect more from it compared to ET but better cheat protection. That's about it, because ET is kinda perfect in my eyes :)
