I just wna convince some people to listen to "The Hives".

Imo the best Sweden (punk) Rock band atm.

Can't stop listening to them <3

its maybe becuz the band is from sweden and you are too, im from NL and i dont like NL songs neither :) but i like songs which are not from NL.

Seems that you hate their music because they look "ugly"... quite pathetic.

It doesnt matter how people looks, they can still make good music.

And I'm not Hives fan so I'm not defending them.

i went to see them live in Glasgow before xmas.

they were awesome

werent as good as John Butler trio or Prince live tho ;)

The Hives is a good band, but i can't agree with it being the best punkrock band from sweden.

Black and white album has some good songs, but there are some pretty shitty tunes included. It would have been amazing 7 inch.When the band changed to major label, something went missing, they should have stick to Burning Heart.

But I agree that the first EP's and Barely Legal/VVV are awesome records and Tyrannosaurus Hives and the newest album aren't bad either.
