need program and song

I'm looking for a program with which i can record music that is running atm on my pc (for example from lastfm) to mp3. Tried using google but didnt find anything :E

And second thing; I need the song "Edvin Marton - The Godfather Theme" in decent quality (youtube does not pass off as decent quality).
