Soundcard Issues.

So here we go. I bought a Soundblaster X-FI Xtreme Audio like half a year ago and it ran fine n stuffz. Then Crysis came and you had superior crackling/hissing while gaming, graphics were really nice.

So I headed over to the official creative forums and HEY! The card I bought is actually an old audigy with a new piece of paper saying "x-fi" but the same shit!

And the x-fi technology itself sucks donkeyballs in terms of games.

So my question is: Which NON-CREATIVE-CARD would you suggest to buy OR how to solve that shitty hissing/crackling?
