In need of a free instant webspace hosting

Does someone knows a good and stable free file transfer protocol host with more than 100MB storage for free? something easy to use like FSPHost [R.I.P] with build instant webspace hosting,
The only one i know is http://xthost.info/ but they offer only 30MB

can't host websites there, you can store stuff there but it can't be downloaded as a normal website
