sony vegas black screen

Hello guys,

If i play something @ vegas I can only hear the sound...
The preview screen is black all the time.
How can i solve this

Something wrong with the avi file

Something wrong at options

Something wrong with resolution/cropping

its not the avi...It shows black screen @ all avi's
Think it's the options

I just imported them to vegas and pressed play from start...Then it showed only a black screen.

Did you just download some avi's and imported them ?

Or did you make them yourself ?

If the avi is compressed/encoded then you cant display it in vegas

made them myself...But it worked before and suddenly i only got a black screen
I will reinstall vegas then...
