Concerning HDMI

hi,

ive got a question, my lcd-tv got hdmi 1.1 and i want to buy a ps3 which got hdmi 1.3, now do i need to take care of anything when i buy a hdmi-cable? should i buy a 1.1 or a 1.3? pls write also why u recommend me one of these :)

i would prefer 1.1 since your tv supports it. ps3 should support it 2 since it is able to handle 1.3

ye thought the same but i heard u can get better picture-quality by using a 1.3 although ur lcd supports less. its weird thats why i ask :<
