I think they are overrated, just like Tarantino has got himself a huge reputation by few awesome movies and he is treated like a God because of those few ones.

Could be just whiskey talking.

That's the point, Tarantino is now able to produce the biggest crap the world has ever seen, and he knows that people will go to watch it.

You can't blame him for that, he reached his objetive and he deserves to be treated like a God after Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs.

Just like Woody Allen, Coen Bros, Scorsese and a long etc, they all succeeded.

About Kurosawa, it's not my style.

"Dreams" (aka "Akira Kurosawa's Dreams") looks pretty interesting; a collection of short films inspired by his dreams, although I haven't seen it.
