Well , with just a better screen and a better video card quality could be way better

no not really.. a newer videocard will give u more fps and MAYBE (but i think it depends on ur processor) a better rendering rate.
Try HQ settigs given in many tutorials here, maybe u get better quality with that

My graphics card doesnt even have AA , so a better videocard would make it look better
