Prob with sound

I got a new pc since a few days, and since then i cant get sound out of my headset and speakers at the same time. With my old pc it was possible. Without any configuration, it just went fine.
My soundcard is intergrated on my Gigabyte DS3.
Does anyone know how i can get this to work?
