ET fps problems

When I want to play ET, my fucking et gives fps between 125 and 60 or so, its still warping.. cant play with it. and when i move its warping like shit.. installed all drivers and so.. so wtf is the problem?

defragment your hard drive
check your temperatures (if its too hot then check your fans)
scan for virusses

etc

go into the menu (esc) -> options -> system

and press "set recomended"

laggs stops

exec ur cfg

vid_restart

play

be happy that you have atleast 60 fps i got on every map under 45 only in supply/braun i have on some postions constant.

u dont see anything because everthing is tooo slow ... than
but you got with 100 maxpackets per secound = 1

i sometimes got 1 fps or 3 when im fucking lagging:D thats weird
