If you want to stick with 50ccm, rather get a "Roller" imo, it doesn't look THAT horrible at least :p
But making a drivers license for 50ccm is hardly worth the money, you can't go far with it anyway (or you will need ages) and you get it for free together with your car drivers licence. When you got a car, you will probably (almost) never use your mofa/roller any more anyway, consider that :p
Or else a Kreidler, Suzuki also has it's old editions.
