creative zen V plus issue

hey guys,

I've got my creative zen V plus a few months and I've had a few freezes already but nothing I couldn't fix with the reset button.

However, I was listening to music this morning on my mp3 and the battery was low (red stuff). So I hooked it up to my pc to load and just left it there.

When I wanted to go to the city an hour ago I wanted to startup my mp3 but it doesn't react, not even with the reset button. I tried to hook it up to my pc again but it doesn't do shite.

Any suggestions?

go to creative.com , go to download and get updated firmware for your player

can't install firmwares cause it doesn't startup :/

Hahaha :D:D:D, it's a conspiracy from creative! I had the EXACT same thing :p Mine doesn't go on anymore either =o[.
So I've just bought myself a zen stone+travelsound+protective case for 60 euros.

Too bad about my zen v plus though =o[

mine did exactly the same thing few weeks ago, hold the reset button in whilst sliding the power on control, should work

I have had mine for about a month now and so far no problem, hopefully mine won't go pop as well in a few weeks x3

Mines broke too, fuck Creative.
