If there is no need to do a journal in a different language other than english then you shouldn't post it. If it happens occasionally then most admins will not bother with it. If, as in this case, it happens every day then an admin will tell you to stop it.

so, we r talkin bout german sports, politics or tv stuff...maybe some dutch would be interested...for the rest prolly not...like hundreds of journals every day
