get min. 500w fortron or chieftec, they're cheap but reliable and good
you can't choose a random psu by watts only, random noname psus will probably output half of the power they slap on the box sticker.

the psu is 20pin, your motherboard is 24pin
the psu is already a weak noname shit quality psu with not enough powe for your computer, that + the fact it's 20pin will make your system very unstable, if it will work at all.
maybe you have some other version of the psu with 24pins, i'd advise you to ask that wise support or whatever you thought knows more. if it's 24pins, it's still a shit psu but atleast it will "work" with your pc if your lucky
