when you start ET, open the console, and wait with connecting until it tells you it has installed and loaded punkbusterB fully :)

no i wont start servers manually, after about 10 minutes i tryed to join the server and it worked, dunno whats the reason.

well, what I said is the reason, but sometimes you just have luck and the process loads a bit quicker ;)
