cl_Avidemo 30

so i tried cl_avidemo 30, and when i played the .tga file in virtual dub, it plays in slowmotion type, what do i have to do to make this into an normal avi?

Frame Rate convert to fps 30.00
Save as .avi when the avi is done it will play in normal mode

i'd say fraps > cl_avidemo 30
