Yet another CDC4 topic

Finally home after 6 hours driving alone trough france.
Had some really good time there, meeting quite a lot of new people compared to the last time.
We played quite decently compared to the CDC3, making less mistakes. Too bad both overload and muse couldn't get both through the group phase :<
Our expectations were to pass it and me made it, so ending 5th/6th together with random looks quite like a nice achievement for us frenchies. Too bad we couldn't take a map to EDiT on the looser bracket, both sw_gold (a bit less, they won it on a nice grouped timed rush) and Adlernest were quite tight(?). At least we performed quite good and were able to disturb them (not like the first war / dunno if they weren't warmed up or if something went wrong in their team).
And it's still nice to see ephix (with some lineup changes since the cdc3 ovr team) always there and performing better onlan than online <3 - I felt relieved to see that ronner didn't make crappy things with his pubic hair this time.
I'd say I would give the "less friendly team" award to TLR (who crushed us on grush :l) since they didn't even talked to us. (except sheep who's really really n1ce <3)
Wearing my pimphat didn't bring us much luck :l
I would have liked to see the italian boys and unkind too but i believe the schedule with the grouped wars (each group playing all their games in a row) wasn't really spectator friendly - we werent there when they were playing in the morning.
Also a big thanks to Adacore (who looked much relaxed than last time - even with the constantly changing schedule and the delays.), Cash (just as friendly as usual) and Toss for running the cup again. (It was quite well organised and even with the delays, the cup ran more smoothly than the previous cdc.).

Otherwise, I must admit that the french COD4 team oxmoze was pretty retarded and I hope you couldn't understand their whine / comms. They were worst than italian people :D
It was also nice to see overdrive making fun of those poor etqw players that were switching classes with the limbo menu :D

Be sure we will be there next time - hopefully a bit more confident on some maps - because we all had a great time again. Just don't host it in may (I heard it might be) since i don't have no money anymore.

Well, it's quite long and confused, blame me if you want, I had 5 hours of decent sleeping since saturday morning :l
