Vista problem!

Hi,
So I got my new PC today and it has Vista Home Premium (NL) 32 bit installed on it.
I installed Enemy Territory with the ET Ultimate Installer but when I start the game my mouse cursor just sticks in the upperleft corner, it can move but it always moves back to the upperleft corner.
Further when I start WOW it says; Unable to start 3D Acceleration, it says I need driver DirectX 9.0c but my videocards need DirectX 10..

Dont give me bullsh*t answers like; Install XP and Dont play these games then.

umm u can easy download direct x 9 and install it, shouldnt be problem
about mouse erm...be abit more specifiec :P

Well that doesn't work, Since he has DX10 installed and I can't uninstall it.

I have 2x 8800GTX.. But It has dx 10 installed but can't deinstall it.

i installed vista also, and i dont have any problems
