Back from CDC4

What an event!

I must of covered about 50 miles with all the running round this time and with little to no sleep, i can safely say i'm absolutely fucked.

The CoD 4 tourney was great and i managed to watch a few games via the quadv stream whilst in the admin room fixing PC's. I wanna thank all of the CoD 4 teams for turning up, playing and giving everyone some fantastic games to watch. I just wish i had enough time to get to know some of the cod players, that'll have to wait till next time!

I had a great time and it was really good to see some faces:

Finally getting to meet Okla who i've known online for ages and ages!
Seeing Bulld0g again although he drank far too much beer far too quickly leaving no time for me to buy him one. :<
Meeting 4K.Hazz again after many years along with 4K.nkm who i've played online with for ages. Oh and how can i forget witnessing Bill Murray in the flesh for the first time!
Getting to know Morg IRL who stole my note pad and pen the fucker!
Learning new eating methods from taken whilst watching him eat a beef burger with a knife and fork.
Spending time with Pedro, Chosen and the Ravenwood server admin Bart in the admin room. Was such a good laugh and it was great to get to know you guys! Extra props to Pedro for getting us the proper hotel room we booked and for being the deepest sleeper i've ever known, nothing wakes this man up!
zkyp the australian/dutch UT3 player, some day he WILL understand what the hell is going on in ETQW.
Seeing TosspoT again, it's always good to catch up.
Meeting Cash once again, it's always good to see him, especially when we pull practical jokes on TosspoT!
Getting to see Adacore run around with a schedule in his hand again :P
Had a brief chat with Ronner at the bar, but as usual it was highly comical. This time it involved a bottle of body lotion and a nice looking sales lady.
Seeing Rafiki briefly, it's a shame he couldn't stick around for longer.
Meeting Herbal again and getting him to help us pack up 30 Packard Bell computers at 2am.
All of the quadv people who were there. Once again it was great to have you at the event for the coverage along with the extra help and equipment you provide. I just hope they can make it to CDC5!
All of the WZZRD guys at the LAN cafe, the best bar staff in the world. Special mentions go to Jordan who is a hero (but he sucks at TF2!) and to Tymen for the beers on the first night and letting us use the venue.

Some of the faces i knew but didn't get time to speak to:

Mick from dignitas, gutted i didn't get chance to spend time meeting him after knowing him for years online.
Humm3l, it's a shame he had to leave as he is one of the funniest guys i've ever met.
H1o the warsow player. After speaking on IRC for ages I only managed to speak to him briefly when setting up the two warsow PC's.

I know i'll have forgotten some people as i'm far too tired to remember everything at the moment so if i spoke to you, it was great to see you!
