How to give ppl voice indemedeatly when they join a channel without doing it manually?
Do i need a extra bot or can L do it?

btw, 1st of all, only ruipperi can use that pic, any other using it = epic fail since it's not yours.

2nd of all, I don't take ppl serious who write like 1 out of every 3 words in fail-engilsh :)

There's a little script for it so u can do it yourself. Forgot it though.

get nonamescript or... ALT+R and past this:
on *:JOIN:#channel_name:/mode $chan +v $nick
