Help with UTF-8 PLZZ

Hi guys i got a BIG prob on mIRC !!!!!!!!!!!

I cant read all corectly like : é à $ è ? and co


This is a prob. with UTF-8, but on mIRC/options/IRC/messages i got a V on UTF-8 display, and i see on a forum, i need to put on : view/font... / UTF-8: Display and encode so i put this fucking Display and encode and its same... I cant read corectly all :<<<<<


Please help me ( maybe is it a prob with windows UTF-8 ? so help plz :<< )
